Terms of Use
Effective date: July 17, 2026
By using Towach (towach.com), you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, simply don't use the site.
What Towach is
Towach recommends movies and series based on the mood you pick and plays their trailers. It's an entertainment discovery tool: we don't host, stream, sell, or rent any films ourselves. Watching happens on third-party services like Amazon, under their own terms.
Affiliate links
As an Amazon Associate, Towach earns from qualifying purchases. “Watch this” links carry our affiliate tag; anything you buy is a transaction between you and Amazon at no extra cost to you.
Content and ownership
- Film and series titles, artwork, and descriptions belong to their respective owners. Catalog data comes from TMDB — this product uses the TMDB API but is not endorsed or certified by TMDB. Trailers play via YouTube and are subject to YouTube's terms.
- The Towach name, design, and everything else original to the site belong to Towach. Don't copy or pass them off as your own.
Fair use of the service
- Don't scrape, spam, overload, or attempt to break the site.
- Don't try to interfere with other visitors' use of it.
- Don't use Towach for anything unlawful.
No promises
Towach is provided “as is,” free of charge, without warranties of any kind. Recommendations are suggestions, not guarantees you'll love the movie. Availability, pricing, and content on Amazon or other third-party sites can change at any time and are outside our control, and we're not responsible for those sites.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Towach and its operator are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the site. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us to use Towach — which is zero.
Changes
We may update the service or these terms at any time; changes will be posted here with a new effective date. Continuing to use Towach after a change means you accept it.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California and applicable United States federal law, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
